Investor Pitch Deck and Business Presentation PowerPoint (PPT)
A professionally designed, fully editable 14-slide PowerPoint deck for founders, startups and growing businesses raising capital or presenting to partners. It follows the order investors expect: problem, solution, product, market size, business model, traction, competition, go-to-market, team, financial projections and the funding request. How to use it: Replace the sample content. Every slide is pre-filled with example text and figures that show what belongs there. Overwrite them with your own company details. Follow the speaker notes. Each slide has notes (View > Notes) explaining what to include and what investors look for. Edit the charts and tables directly. The traction, financial and use-of-funds charts are native PowerPoint charts: right-click > Edit Data to enter your numbers. Tables can be typed into. Rebrand in one step. Colours and fonts come from the theme, so Design > Variants > Colors or Fonts restyles the whole deck at once. Your company name and the confidentiality line in the footer are set on the slide layout (View > Slide Master). Add photos and logos. Replace the grey frames with product screenshots and team photos. For round team photos, use Picture Format > Crop to Shape > Oval. Adapt the length. Hide or delete slides you don’t need for shorter pitches, or duplicate them for extra detail. The deck runs about 15–20 minutes when presented live. Best for: seed and Series A fundraising, demo days, pitch competitions, bank or grant applications, and board or partner presentations.
Statistical Analysis and Interpretation Report Template (Word Document)
Statistical Analysis and Interpretation Report Template (Word Document) This template provides a structured format for presenting quantitative research findings. It guides users from data screening through descriptive statistics, reliability testing (Cronbach’s alpha), correlation, regression, t-tests and ANOVA to interpretation, key findings and recommendations. Each section contains guidance notes explaining what to report and how to judge results, pre-formatted APA-style tables, and model interpretation statements. To use it, replace each highlighted placeholder with figures copied directly from verified statistical software output (for example SPSS, Stata or R). Adapt the interpretation sentences to what the results actually show, and delete sections that do not apply and all guidance boxes before submission. Attach the original output and analysis scripts in the appendices so every reported figure can be traced and reproduced. Complete the quality assurance checklist before submission to confirm accuracy and consistency.
Project Risk Register and Mitigation Tracker (Excel Template)
The Project Risk Register and Mitigation Tracker is an Excel tool for managing project risks from the time they are identified until they are closed. Each risk is recorded in one row of the register with its cause and possible consequence. The user scores its likelihood and impact from 1 to 5, and the template multiplies them into a score from 1 to 25. It then rates the risk as Low (1–4), Medium (5–9), High (10–15) or Extreme (16–25). Each risk is given a risk owner and a response strategy (avoid, reduce, transfer or accept), together with the mitigation measures, the person responsible for the action, a target date and progress. The template marks actions that are overdue or due within 14 days. The user then scores the residual risk, meaning the level expected once mitigation is in place, and the template calculates how much the risk has been reduced. To keep risks under watch, the register sets the next review date from the residual rating: weekly for Extreme risks, every two weeks for High, monthly for Medium and quarterly for Low. Each review is recorded in the Review Log, which shows whether the risk is rising or falling. The Dashboard turns the register into a management summary: key figures, heat maps before and after mitigation, the highest-priority open risks and overdue actions. This makes the template ready for project meetings, steering committee reports, and monitoring and evaluation reviews.

Enter the purchase price, financing terms, rent, and operating costs, and this workbook calculates the key numbers investors use to compare deals: gross and net rental yield, net operating income (NOI), vacancy losses, maintenance and CapEx expenses, cash-on-cash return, debt service coverage ratio, break-even occupancy, and payback period. What’s inside: Inputs: one sheet with every assumption in a clearly marked, editable cell. Analysis: Year 1 income, expenses, NOI, cash flow, and return metrics. Projection: a 10-year forecast with rent and expense growth, loan balance, equity, IRR, and equity multiple. Scenarios: pessimistic, base, and optimistic cases side by side, so you can stress-test a deal before you commit. How to use it: Replace the example values on the Inputs sheet with your property’s figures. All other sheets update automatically, with no formulas to edit. Good to know: The pre-filled numbers are illustrative placeholders, not market data. Results are pre-tax estimates for planning purposes and are not financial or investment advice.
